Rice Warns China About Abusing Security
U.S. Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, warned Chinese officials about using “legitimate security concerns as an excuse to crack down on dissidents.”
At a press conference today, Rice who joined Helen Clark, the New Zealand Prime Minister, said that China should be an example of openness and tolerance during the Games.
