60 Year Old Joins Australia’s Olympic Team

Just when you thought 40-year-old American swimmer, Dara Torres, was pushing the bar, Australia’s Olympic equestrian team announces the addition of Laurie Lever, a 60-year-old show jumper. He will be, of course, the oldest person on the nine-member team which is comprised of seven rookies and one veteran dressage rider.
