Do you see how majestic this venue is? You won’t find anything like it here in my country. The sight of it is both awesome and forbidding. I can’t imagine how athletes will feel on that very moment that this grand structure falls into view. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d double in excitement and nervousness.
This is one of the examples on just how much Beijing is preparing itself for the upcoming 2008 Olympic Games. Impressive, yeah?
Beijing University of Technology Gymnasium (Interior)
With a building area of 24,383 sq m, the BUT Gymnasium has seating capacity for 7,500. The gymnasium includes a competition hall and a warm-up hall.
Incidentally, two “Good Luck Beijing” sport events will be held in the same venue.

I can’t say for certain if the status of Beijing’s pollution is reasonably ok but I can guess that it’s either mist due to the weather or a mixture of smog and fog.

BBC & CNN should stop the China Bashing. They should respect Asians have Brains & detest what they are up to.Just as a matter of fact we realise that BBC & CNN are almost identical both in content & substance. In fact highly syncronise.
Both make the news instead of reporting it impartially. Please spare our senses for the duration of the Beijing Olyampics & mayb,just maybe I”ll turn you back on.
