The Perfect Dive
I’ve always like watching Diving competitions and marvel at the way they execute each dive. I’ve read somewhere that there are some divers who study ballet in order to be better at diving. I am not a diver so I cannot understand how or why it’s done.
Anyway, I came across this handy guide in judging a perfect dive over at BBC. It’s pretty illustrative and concise so it’s cool. Chris Snode, a four-time Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist in Diving gives us the run down on how a perfect dive is done. I say, he does have good credentials, don’t you agree?
