Cross-Country Skiing - Ladies’ 15 km Pursuit

Beckie Scott of Canada was in (and out of) the lead around the 9.9 km mark .. but finally ended up in 6th place. The race started 10:00 am local time or 4:00 am ET.

Unofficial Results

1st place - Estonia - Kristina Smigun (42:48.7)
2nd place - Czech Replublic - Katerina Neumannova(42:50.6 / +1.9)
3rd place - Russian Federation - Evgenia Medvedeva-Abruzova (43:03.2 / +14.5)

6th place - Canada - Beckie Scott (43:20.6 / +31.9)

16th place - Canada - Sara Renner (44:30.9 / +1:42.2)

54th place - Canada - Milaine Theriault (48:38.9 / +5:50.2 )

after 60?? - Canada - Chandra Crawford (still to come)

UPDATE: Chandra finished in 60th place with times (50:35.4 /+7:46.7 )

Way to go Beckie and all! It was exciting to watch ~ I accidentally made some quiet cheers watching this race, and my cat (Zeussie Pussy Cat) woke up my papillon dogs (Maxxie and Sophie) and well .. now the whole house is up! I am not sure what happened to Chandra however, the olympic site is showing 8 left to come in ..
